    Letizia’s jewelry is exclusively handcrafted and handmade, so it is subject to product availability. As a rule 2-3 working days for Italy, for EU countries 3-6 working days, 7-10 days for other countries. Delivery is done by UPS courier. Otherwise, if the product is not available in storage, shipping times are around 30 days.
    Shipments are made from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.

  • What are the shipping costs to Italy?

    The standard shipping in Italy is €7.
    E’ free on a minimum purchase of €100.
    Delivery in 2–3 working days after receiving payment.

  • What are the shipping costs to Europe?

    Standard shipping to Europe is €19 for orders up to €199.

  • Do the jewelry have a warranty certificate?

    All Letizia Cavallaro jewelry has a warranty of 2 years starting from the purchase date, which covers manufacturing defects.
    All jewelry will be delivered with an invoice, a certificate indicating the origin and characteristics of the jewelry, and packaging.

  • What does the warranty not cover?

    • Wear due to normal use such as scratches, dents, loss of shine or other marks, discoloration of gilding and burnishing, oxidation, loose glued stones.
    • The improper use or incorrect storage of the product.
    • Accidental or caused damage to repair and cleaning operations.
    • The loss and theft.
    When the damage is not covered by the warranty (by nature or due to expiration of the terms), shipping and repair costs will be borne by the customer.

  • Do the jewelry you sell have a document certifying its authenticity?

    They have accompanied themselves with a certificate of authenticity attesting to their craftsmanship and the materials used.


Return

  • If once I receive it at home I am not satisfied with the purchase, how can I proceed?

    If you are not satisfied with the purchase you can return it no later than 14 days after receipt (20 days for deliveries abroad). The refund will correspond to the price of the goods paid by you: shipping costs incurred by you (and/or customs taxes for deliveries outside the European Union) are excluded.
    Remember, to make an order placed on the site:

    1. You must communicate your return intention to the address info@letiziacavallaro.com
    2. Include the jewel in its original packaging, accompanied by the purchase document;
    3. Send the package via forwarder within 10 days of receipt (postmark or express courier service stamp is valid);
    4. The products must not have been used, worn, or show signs of damage.

    If the dispute is not resolved by following these basic points, you will still be able to take advantage of the official Online Dispute Resolution platform.


Care of the product

  • How can I take care of my jewelry?

    The Letizia Cavallaro collections are all made of 925 silver in the following variations: white rhodium-plated, yellow gold, rose gold and burnished with ceramic Etna lava stone. The jewelry is made of silver because it is durable, ductile, and has the ability to reflect light.

    Although Letizia Cavallaro jewelry is treated with a rhodium-plated finish, weathering, humidity, cosmetics, and sweat can cause the color to change, tending towards a darker color. The rhodium plating can be restored to its original stage by a simple intervention of a professional goldsmith.

    This natural phenomenon that produces a matte patina and blackening of silver jewelry is called tarnish.
    This is a surface chemical reaction that does not cause any damage to the jewelry or professional treatments using aggressive products: instead, it can be easily eliminated by home cleaning using a soft toothbrush and neutral soap.

    While no special maintenance is necessary, it is recommended to gently wipe your jewelry with a dry cloth and store it in their cases that keep it away from temperature changes and possible scratches.
