Do the jewels you sell have a document that certifies their authenticity?
All jewels are sold with a certificate of authenticity.


How can I buy a jewel online?
Select the product you are interested in from our catalog and click on the buy button. If you have already registered, simply enter your username and password to move on to the next steps (product confirmation, recipient address, payment), otherwise you have to fill out the registration form (just a few moments!).


How many days does it take to ship?

Letizia’s jewels are totally artisanal and handmade, therefore delivery time is based upon product availability. Normally it takes 2-3 working days for Italy and EU Countries; 3-6 working days for the rest of the world. Delivery is made by UPS courier. If product is not available at time of order, it takes about 30 days for delivery.


What are the shipping costs?

  • There are no shipping costs for Italy.
  • For the European territory there is a fixed contribution of 25 €. After spending € 250.00, shipping is free.
  • For countries outside the European Union the cost of shipping is 35 €.


Does the jewelry have a guarantee certificate?

All jewels will be delivered with an invoice, certificate indicating the origin and characteristics of the jewel, packaging.


If once received at home I am not satisfied with the purchase, how can I proceed?

If you are not satisfied with the purchase, you can return it no later than 14 days after receipt (20 days for deliveries abroad). The refund will correspond to the price of the goods paid by you: the shipping costs incurred by you (and / or customs taxes for deliveries outside the European Union) are excluded.
Remember, to return an order placed on the site:

a. You must communicate your intention to return to the address info@letiziacavallaro.com
b. Include the jewel in its original packaging, accompanied by the purchase document;
c. Send the package by courier within 10 days from receipt (the postmark or the stamp of the express courier service is valid);
d. The products must not have been used, worn or show signs of damage.

If the dispute is not resolved by following these basic points, you will still be able to take advantage of the official platform of Online dispute resolution.


What payment methods do you accept?
We accept the following payment methods:
Credit card: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and JCB; Visa Electron; rechargeable credit cards; Maestro ATMs enabled through the Paypal gateway.
The card is charged upon completion of the order.
PayPal: to buy online comfortably, without having to enter your credit card details on the site.
The account will be debited upon completion of the order. To register a new PayPal account, visit paypal.com.
